Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stormed the positions of the occupying Russian army near Avdiivka. According to one of the participants in the assault, the defenders of Ukraine moved so fast that the enemy did not have time to direct artillery.

This was announced on April 17 in a telegram of the Office of Strategic Communications of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Lightning assault. Jaeger paratroopers attacked the enemy near Avdiivka, smashed its defenses and occupied the positions of the invaders… The well-coordinated work of artillery, attack aircraft and drone operators brought victory to our fighters. More than a dozen occupiers were killed, four left their weapons and fled, the Statcom Committee said in a statement.
