“During our conversation today, Foreign Minister Arnoldo Tinoco informed me that Costa Rica has decided to join the Core Group of the Special Tribunal for Crimes of Aggression against Ukraine, bringing the total number of states to 34. Also discussed We are looking for ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation,” said Kuleba. .
It should be noted that Ukraine is calling for the creation of a special court to bring to justice those responsible for the crime of Russian aggression against Ukraine. The creation of the tribunal was supported by the European Parliament and PACE in their resolutions.
Earlier it was reported that the first country in Latin America (Guatemala) supported the special tribunal, which will investigate the crimes of Russia.
