This is what Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense, said on the air of the Ukraine 24 TV channel on Thursday, April 13.
According to him, there are activists in the Russian Federation who are ready for armed resistance and are already acting.
“Someone is in the mode of transmitting information for the Ukrainian security and defense forces. And someone is directly implementing active measures,” he said.
Some Russians are trying to fight inside work, the GUR representative added.
“And it can be said that a significant part of the “bavovna” condition occurring on the territory of the Russian Federation is actually the result of the actions of the citizens of the Russian Federation themselves, who are trying to fight the internal occupation, that is, the bloody regime by Putin,” Yusov said.
The official added: the latest events in the Bryansk region indicate that some processes are taking place inside Russia.
“And they will only gain momentum. Of course, we can say a lot after the Ukrainian victory and the fall of the criminal Putin regime,” he concluded.
