This was announced today, April 11, in his Telegram channel by People’s Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko.
Director of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine Vadym Melnyk fired! By the way, this is a man from Oleg Tatarov’s entourage, – said Goncharenko.
People’s Deputy Olga Vasilevskaya-Smaglyuk said in her Telegram channel. Melnik wrote a letter of resignation for health reasons.
Melnyk has been the head of BEB since August 2021
Also today, the Cabinet of Ministers fired Galina Vasheka, Deputy Head of the State Audit Service.
In addition, the government has appointed:
- Chairman of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Artem Lysohor;
- Chairman of the Sumy Regional State Administration Volodymyr Artyukh.
