Ukraine conducted a rescue mission and brought home 24 children from the Kherson region. This was announced on April 10 by the head of the regional military administration Alexander Prokudin on Telegram.
“Look at the happy eyes! Twenty-four more children from the Kherson region have finally returned home,” he wrote, noting that he met the children in Kherson.
According to the OVA leader, this is one of the most difficult rescue missions. The Russians subjected the children to 13-hour interrogations and later forced them to participate in a propaganda report. But now the children are at home with their families.
Earlier it was reported that the deported Ukrainians under the guise of evacuation were resettled in 55 regions of Russia.
