The enemy radar “Repyashek” was discovered by intelligence of the 30th separate mechanized brigade named after. Prince Konstantin Ostrozhsky. The target coordinates were handed over to the soldiers of the 45th separate artillery brigade. It took only one shot from the M777 howitzer to destroy the enemy station. The 30th Motorized Brigade announced this on Facebook on April 9.
As you know, the Repyashok radar is a modern Russian radar station designed to detect drones. The army of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation accepted the station into service in 2022. As of January 2023, the enemy has produced only 11 of these radars.
Recall that one of the fierce battles with the invaders in the Bakhmut direction was the Ukrainian military. During one of the confrontations, a tank arrived in support of the infantry, which began to boil on Russian positions. The fight took place almost at arm’s length.
