Interpol Buenos Aires detained in Argentina Alex Pierre Arca Vizcarra, 34 years old, who was included in Reward Program belonging Ministry of the Interior (Mininter) for the alleged crime of aggravated robbery committed in Lima in 2016.
Arch Vizcarra was captured by the Argentine Federal Police. He had a red notice required by the Lima Third Liquidation Chamber in Criminal Cases in connection with an alleged aggravated robbery.
In a statement Ministry of the Interior indicated that the capture was successful due to the exhaustive work done by personnel of the National Police of Peru, belonging to the Interpol International Procedural Division in Lima, in coordination with Interpol in Buenos Aires. This is done within the framework of the principle of international police cooperation and reciprocity.

The events for which the alleged perpetrator was wanted took place in July 2016 in the Lima district of San Isidro, when, along with four other subjects on board a truck, he attacked the money changer Gloria Aguirre, who, in the midst of the fight against the bandits, received several shots, which caused his death.
This man was on the list of the Mininter Rewards Program, and S/20,000 was offered for suitable and timely information that contributed to his arrest and subsequent capture.
