Zelensky appointed three heads of the Civil Aviation Administration in the Luhansk region

New leaders will appear in the Gorny, Popasnyansk and Severodonetsk city military administrations.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed three heads of city military administrations (GVA) of Severodonetsk district of Luhansk region. This is confirmed by the relevant orders No. 61/2023-rp, No. 62/2023-rp and No. 63/2023-rp, published on the website of the head of state on Friday, April 7.

In particular, Aleksey Babchenko was appointed head of the Mountain City Military Administration.

Nikolai Khanatov became the head of the military administration of the city of Popasnyanskaya.

Oleksandr Stryuk was appointed head of the military administration of the city of Severodonetsk by the president.

Recall that on Friday, April 7, Zelensky signed a decree on the creation of military administrations in 19 settlements of the Zaporozhye region.

In addition, on March 24, Zelensky created a military administration in Severodonetsk, Gorsk, and Popasna, Lugansk region.
