“In his comments, he repeatedly justified Moscow’s aggressive policy and called the conflict in eastern Ukraine a ‘civil war’. After February 24 last year, Lazarev secretly went abroad, ” said the report.
The SBU established that Alexander Lazarev later appeared on the territory of occupied Crimea and joined the inner circle of Gauleiter Sergey Aksyonov. He helps conduct enemy information campaigns on the peninsula.
