Among the echelon equipment, at least 10-15 T-72B / B3 tanks arrived at the border with Lithuania, observers said.
Belarus has deployed at least a dozen tanks and other equipment to the border with Lithuania. This was announced on April 6 by the Belaruska Gayun monitoring group.
It was noticed that at night at Gudogai railway station, 9 km from the Lithuanian border, a train arrived with at least 20 pieces of equipment of the Armed Forces of Belarus.
It was also reported that at least 10-15 T-72B / B3 tanks, as well as armored personnel carriers, infantry fighting vehicles and MT-LBs arrived in echelon equipment.
According to Gayun, the equipment of the 120th brigade of the Belarusian Armed Forces, stationed in the Uruchcha (Minsk) region, was deployed.
Earlier it was reported that Belarus has changed its mind about the deployment of nuclear weapons on the Polish border, citing the fact that more than 40 points for nuclear weapons have been preserved on its territory since the time of the USSR.
The Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov, said that Russia in the current unfavorable conditions “will not allow Belarus to be hurt.”
