Russian troops launched another airstrike on Bakhmut. This was announced on May 19 by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavel Kirilenko.

“In a private house, rescuers pulled six people out of the rubble, their condition was satisfactory. An entire entrance was destroyed in the five-storey building, but, according to preliminary information, no victims, “Kirilenko pointed out.
The OVA chief stressed that the Russians continued to hunt down civilians, but the timely evacuation helped save hundreds of lives.
“Of the 73,000 residents of Bakhmut, more than 20,000 now remain in the city – thanks to this, we have avoided the number of casualties expected by the enemy,” the governor said and called on everyone with a chance to leave the Donetsk region.
Earlier it was reported that as a result of the Russian attack, the Luhansk region was left without electricity, and in Severodonetsk there was a lot of destruction and four deaths.
