On Friday, power engineers resumed electricity supply to 21,000 consumers in the Donetsk region.
As of Saturday morning, power generation is fully meeting the needs of consumers. The Ministry of Energy reported this on April 1.
“The generation with a reserve has the necessary capacity to meet the needs of electricity consumers in all regions of Ukraine. In the Zhytomyr region, restrictions on the supply of electricity are possible for some categories of consumers due to network infrastructure maintenance,” the report said.
It is indicated that repairs to networks damaged by the conflict are currently underway. In particular, electricity supply for 21,000 consumers has been resumed in the Donetsk region.
The day before it was reported that Ukraine reduced electricity consumption compared to previous days.
Earlier, power engineers completed work on resuming electricity supply in the northern, central and southern regions of Ukraine after bad weather.
