The ex-president of Motor Sich, Vyacheslav Boguslayev, received a new suspicion for blocking the supply of helicopters for the Ukrainian military at the beginning of a full-scale war.
This is reported by the Office of the Attorney General.
At the beginning of a full-scale war, in April 2022, when the Ukrainian military applied for a paid transfer for the use of helicopters, Boguslaev provided instructions to the employees of the enterprise to hide the documents. This was done so that pilots could not sit at the controls of a helicopter without special forms. In addition, he ordered to dismantle the equipment: remove the blades and hide them.
Boguslaev was informed of a new suspicion of obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations (Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). It was also established that the head of the department of foreign economic activity of Motor Sich JSC developed a scheme for the supply of spare parts for aircraft engines from the Snezhnyansky Machine-Building Plant, located in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, to Motor Sich JSC.
Recall that on October 23, 2022, the Security Service of Ukraine detained Boguslaev and the head of the department of foreign economic activity of Motor Sich on suspicion of collaborative activities and aiding the aggressor state.
