In Russian Ingushetia, unknown people opened fire on the police, wounding one of them, then fled.
In the Nazranovsky district of Ingushetia (a republic in the Russian Federation) on the evening of Tuesday, March 28, unknown people attacked a police post. One of the policemen was injured in the shooting. The security forces announced the Interception plan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia reported.
It was noted that the stationary post of the traffic police Volga-14 was attacked, fired upon by unknown persons. Law enforcement officers opened fire in response. The attackers were also reported to have fled.
Following the announcement of the Interception plan, the police attempted to locate and apprehend the citizens involved in the attack.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region informs about an injured law enforcement officer, who, previously, was wounded in the leg. There are no known suspects at this time.
