    Since August 2022, France has transferred to Ukraine as humanitarian aid 22 cargoes of energy equipment as humanitarian aid with a total weight of 183 tons.

    This was announced today, March 26, by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.

    Assistance provided includes:

    • generators of different power;
    • automatic switches;
    • overalls;
    • disconnectors;
    • lighting;
    • chemical products;
    • gas equipment necessary for repair work.

    For example, in March of this year, 1,389 convectors and 11 generators were donated from the French public organization Electricity Without Borders, the report says.

    Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Galushchenko noted that the equipment received is used for the speedy restoration of electricity and gas supply to Ukrainian families.

    We thank France for helping the energy sector of Ukraine,” Galushchenko stressed. This is the contribution of our French partners not only to the restoration of the Ukrainian energy system, but also to the energy security of Europe.
