General Ben Hodges, former commander of the NATO Joint Command in 2012-2014, believes the Kremlin is considering the scenario of surrender in the war against Ukraine.
The American soldier made such an assumption on his Twitter page after a statement by Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov.
