Lugansk OVA said that 18.5 billion rubles were allocated in the Russian budget for the creation of 200 propaganda cells.

The occupiers plan to create 200 propaganda organizations in the temporarily occupied parts of Lugansk and Donetsk regions. This was stated by the press service of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration (LOVA).

“This year, in the educational institutions of the so-called “LPR” and “DPR” they plan to create 200 propaganda cells, which are an analogue of the Komsomol movement,” the statement said.

The budget of the Russian Federation includes 18.5 billion rubles for this, OVA notes.

“Introduction to the organization will be forced-voluntary, and membership, according to the promises of the propagandists, “must facilitate” the child’s education,” said the message.

Recall that the head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Refat Chubarov, published a video showing how Crimean children are being brainwashed by Russian propaganda.
