Russian military equipment destroyed by SSO units using drones “with dumps”
Special operations forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the Russian anti-aircraft missile system Strela-10 and a floating transporter in the southern direction. This was reported by the press service of the SSO.
It was noted that in the direction of Kherson, during the reconnaissance of the area, the operators of one of the units of the Special Operations Forces discovered camouflaged positions of Russian equipment.
It was destroyed with the help of drones “with drops”.
According to SSO speaker Alexander Kindratenko, the liquidated anti-aircraft missile system is designed to destroy targets at low altitude – up to 3.5 kilometers. It usually goes after Ukrainian kamikaze drones, drones, and can also shoot down planes and helicopters.
“Our fighters did a tremendous job: to find, fly unnoticed, calculate the time, change the units that ensure the operation of the air defense system. The target was destroyed at night, the consequences were recorded by aerial reconnaissance during the day,” he told Ukrainskaya Pravda.
