Ukraine concluded the agreement with the Russian Federation on the maintenance of strategic missile systems: a corresponding order of the President of Ukraine was signed.
Decree No. 157/2023 concluded the agreement between Ukraine and Russia on the procedure for the implementation of the warranty and architectural supervision of the operation of strategic missile systems of the strategic forces located on their territories, concluded on September 3, 1993 in Yalta.
Recall that Zelensky dismissed the leaders of three regions by his orders.
