“First of all, after receiving a warrant from the pre-trial court room, steps are taken to find and detain the suspects. To do this, the International Criminal Court (ICC) appealed to the states parties to Rome Statute with a request to arrest and transfer a person to the ICC,” stressed the head of the Office of the Prosecutor General. (OGP).
Remember, on Friday it became known that the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued international warrants for the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
