The curfew in Kyiv will be reduced in the near future.

According to the working version, most likely from March 26, 2023, the curfew in the capital of Ukraine will be reduced. Starting from the specified date, it will last from 00.00 to 5.00 daily, according to a statement published on Telegram.
Also, the KMVA noted that recently in Kyiv they decided to improve engineering barriers. Yes, some checkpoints will be removed, another part will be put into “sleep” mode, and the rest will be updated.
Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko said that the metro and surface public transport from March 26 will change their work schedule in accordance with the curfew time – that is, they will work an hour longer.
Stores, malls and restaurants will be open so that their employees can get home in time for curfew.
In the Kyiv region, according to Klitschko, the curfew will also be reduced and will last from 00.00 to 5.00.
The city administration recalled that during the curfew it is forbidden to be on the street and other public places, as well as to travel by transport or on foot.
The commandant’s patrol can detain violators. He has the right to check these people for the presence of documents, to establish the reason for violating the curfew. If necessary, it is allowed to conduct a superficial examination of the things of a citizen, a vehicle, and even the detainee’s housing. Physical force may be used if the offender resists. In extreme cases, firearms are allowed.
Recall that from March 13 in the Kherson region, the curfew was increased. Such events took place after information was received about the possible presence of enemy sabotage groups on the territory of Kherson.
