Joe Exotic filed his candidacy before the Federal Election Commission on March 10, as he indicated on Twitter and Instagram.
“Let’s not take into account that I’m gay, that I’m in prison, that I used drugs in the past, that I had more than one boyfriend at the same time, and that Carol hates me to death. All this has nothing to do with the fact that I can be his voice. The best thing they can do to support me is that all my life I’ve been used to fighting to get ahead,” he said.
