The Russian occupiers recognized at the “official level” the complete destruction of the city of Popasnaya in the Luhansk region. This was announced by the Luhansk Regional Military Administration on Thursday, March 16.
“In the so-called ‘LNR’, the ‘laws’ ‘On the administrative-territorial structure’ and ‘On the formation of urban and municipal districts on the territory of the ‘LNR'” were implemented.
