The court found that the suspect forced the victim to have unprotected sex with him. Thus, he limited her personal freedom and abused her trust.

A man in the Netherlands was given a three-month suspended sentence for removing a condom during sex without his partner’s consent. He will also have to pay his partner one thousand euros in compensation, according to AP.

“With his actions, the suspect forced the victim to have unprotected sex with him. Thus, he limited her personal freedom and abused the trust she gave him,” the court ruled.

By court order, a 28-year-old man from Rotterdam was sentenced to a three-month suspended prison sentence and ordered to pay his victim 1,000 euros in damages.

It will be remembered that the Briton went to jail for piercing a condom before sex.

It was previously reported that a resident of Vietnam washed and sold used condoms.
