Troops of the Russian Federation on March 15 attacked the city of Marganets, Dnepropetrovsk region.

Two women, aged 62 and 57, died as a result of the shelling. Four more women and one man were injured. Seven high-rise and four private houses and an outbuilding were also damaged. The head of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, announced this on Telegram.

The Office of the Prosecutor General reported that a pre-trial investigation had been launched into criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Investigators found that the enemy fired artillery at residential areas. At the same time, the Russians deliberately neglected the norms of international humanitarian law.

Recall that on March 14, Russian Su-24 aircraft fired four X-31P anti-radar missiles in the Odessa region. Thanks to effective countermeasures, the missiles were destroyed over the sea, but the debris and the blast damaged a kindergarten on the coast and several private houses around.
