Netanyahu considers military aid to Kyiv – media

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a discussion on Israel’s policy regarding military aid to Ukraine for the first time. On Tuesday, March 14, The Times of Israel reported.

The publication did not provide details of the discussion, however, according to media reports, the option of providing military assistance was discussed.

The meeting was attended, in particular, by Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, Foreign Minister Eli Cohen, National Security Adviser Tzachi Khanegbi, head of the Mossad (the country’s foreign intelligence service) David Barnea, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Herza Halevi, Director General the Foreign Ministry’s Ronen Levy and the prime minister’s military secretary, Avi Gil.

“Probably, the representatives of Israel have not made any decisions, so the relevant discussions will still continue,” the statement said.
