“The maximum penalty for such acts, if they cause serious consequences, is imprisonment for 10 to 15 years,” the report said.
The State Duma also voted for administrative responsibility for public actions aimed at “discrediting the provision of voluntary formations, organizations or individuals of assistance in the performance of tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, if the actions that it does not contain the signs of a criminal act.”
