Spain prepared ten Ukrainian crews of Leopard 2 tanks

The training lasted four weeks. It was passed by 55 Ukrainian servicemen aged 21 to 60.

Ten Ukrainian crews have already completed training in Spain on driving Leopard 2 tanks. It lasted four weeks and took place at the National Training Center in Zaragoza, the press service of the Spanish Ministry of Defense reported on Twitter.

55 Ukrainian soldiers aged 21 to 60 were trained. In addition, 15 technicians were trained, five of whom were specialists in mechanics, five in electronics and another five in weapons.

Trainings took place 12 hours a day, six days a week. In addition to the theoretical part, the Ukrainian military studied in simulators and in a maneuver range.

Recall that earlier the Ukrainian military completed training on Leopard 2 tanks in Poland. After that, Ukraine received another 10 combat vehicles promised by Warsaw.

Spain will provide Ukraine with six Leopard A4 tanks and will soon increase this number to 10.
