An audio recording appeared on the network, in which Igor Negulevsky, allegedly a representative of the people from the Servant of the People party, talks about plans to “eliminate” the Ministry of Ecology. The entry appeared on the ZSU Insider Facebook page on Sunday, March 12.
During the conversation, the man said that it is possible to take control of the department in three months. And having earned, he wanted to go to Asia, where he could not be found.
“We can take the whole ministry under some kind, for example. Now, the temporary commissions of investigation examine for a year, or maybe two years, everything related to the environment – mining, oil, gas , timber, any profit in any business . Everything is complete. We can take this ministry… Three months here is enough. And we can quietly go to the woods… fuck it from here. Another road or more… fuck it. .. fuck it. I think I have 200 (million dollars – ed.) enough for the rest of my life. And go to Asia unknown to me and whoever finds me,” the man says.
According to him, the funds can be transferred offshore and transported through Swiss banks, because they do not provide the names of the real beneficiaries.
