During rocket attacks on Ukraine on March 9, Russia used the weapons that it could produce in a month.
This was stated at a briefing on March 10 by the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Yusov.
There were also more massive missile strikes, and, finally, the intervals between them were much shorter. Therefore, the rashists continue their missile terror, but already taking into account the shortage of high-precision missile weapons that they have today. We can say that for a month they accumulated strength, in particular, they worked production. In fact, what they could produce in a month was spent today on Ukrainian transformers, Yusov said.
Russian stockpiles of many types of missile weapons are “critically low”, and the interval between shelling is due to the fact that the Russians are trying to make up for the consumption of ammunition through production, but they cannot produce in the proper quantity.
At the same time, he noted that Russia is trying to use all approaches to circumvent sanctions, in particular smuggling, “gray” schemes for the supply of necessary components for the production of weapons.
Recall that on the night of March 9, the Russians launched 15 massive missile strikes on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure.
Rashists in general carried out 81 launches of missiles of various bases:
- 28 launches of Kh-101/Kh-555 air-launched cruise missiles;
- 20 launches of Caliber sea-launched cruise missiles;
- 6 launches of X-22 air-launched cruise missiles;
- six launches of Kh-47 Kinzhal air-launched cruise missiles;
- eight launches of guided aircraft missiles: 2 – Kh-31P; 6 – X-59;
- 13 launches of S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles.
In addition, eight launches of Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs were made.
Ukrainian air defense of 48 Kh-101/X-555 and Kalibr cruise missiles destroyed 34 cruise missiles, as well as four Shahed-136/131 UAVs.
