Border guards denied the attack near Bakhmut

Ukrainian border guards held the line around Bakhmut, Donetsk region, killing eight and wounding 16 Russian invaders. This was announced by the press center of the State Border Service on Facebook on Thursday, March 9.

It was noted that the Russian military stormed Ukrainian military positions outside Bakhmut. The invaders sent reserves into battle twice. Despite increasing efforts, they failed to break through the defenses.

“The enemy was hit by fire from mortars and small arms. In combat positions, the border guards destroyed eight invaders, wounded 16 more,” added the State Border Service.

It was previously reported that SBU special forces destroyed the Russian Tor M2 and S-300VM anti-aircraft missile systems with the help of kamikaze drones.
