In South Korea’s southwestern Songchang district, a small truck rammed into a crowd. Three were killed and five were seriously injured in the incident, Yonhap News reported on March 8.
It was learned that a van with fertilizer drove people into the parking lot of the agricultural cooperative building.
Three died in the accident. Five others were seriously injured and 12 had minor injuries. They were all hospitalized.
As the rescuers stressed, the number of victims may increase, since most of the victims are elderly.
The police are investigating the exact cause of the accident, according to preliminary data, the truck driver is guilty.
