Recall that on March 6, a video of the execution of an unarmed man in the uniform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to spread on the network. The soldier falls, the voice-over continues to swear.
The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine opened a criminal case on violation of the laws and customs of war. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba appealed to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, and demanded an investigation.
The Russian authorities have not yet commented on the video. The official pro-Kremlin media are also silent.
