Crimean Tatars are imprisoned in Sudak on charges of blowing up the railway

In the temporarily occupied Crimea in Sudak yesterday, March 6, in the evening, an armed attack was made on the house of the Crimean Tatar Edem Murtazaev. The owner of the house and his wife were taken in an unknown direction. This was announced by the head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Refat Chubarov.

Chubarov reported that Murtazaev was suspected of blowing up the railroad.

It was found that Edem Murtazaev was charged under Part 1 of Article 281 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Promoting subversive activities” (introduced by the Federal Law of December 29. 2022 N 586-FZ).Edem Murtazaev is suspected of weakening and destroying a part of the railway 12 kilometers from at the Simferopol station near the village of Pochtovoe, Bakhchisaray district,” the report said.

Earlier it was reported that the Russians were holding 181 Ukrainian political prisoners in Crimea.
