The Russian Federation continues to use disinformation attacks, data manipulation.
The Kremlin wants to discredit Kyiv as a recipient of weapons. This was announced on Monday, March 6, by Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Defense Anna Malyar on Telegram.
According to him, this is only one of the goals of the aggressor’s information war, the other being the disruption of mobilization.
“Russia has focused its information weapons against Ukraine with two goals: discrediting Ukraine as a recipient of weapons; disrupting the mobilization and process of concluding contracts for service. This has its own explanation, because the weapons and the people who use it are what the enemy is most afraid of”, – emphasized Malyar.
He emphasized that if the first goal is aimed at the West, then the second is aimed at the Ukrainians.
“In order not to become a victim of these suggestions, you need to critically evaluate any information from unofficial sources, check its authenticity and ask yourself the questions -” What is the purpose of disseminating such information “, ” said the deputy minister.
Analysts at the Atlantic Council released a report on Russian propaganda from 2014 to February 2022, whose key statements shaped public opinion about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
As we have already reported, the Kremlin regime once again accuses Ukraine of preparing provocations with “the use of dangerous radioactive materials.” In particular, such a statement was made by the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
