In Lugansk, the Russians are planning to set up their barracks in the city’s clinic to use patients as cover for possible strikes. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in the morning report on March 7.
It was noticed that the bunk beds for the staff had been brought into the room.
“The management of the medical institution must resolve some issues regarding the placement of staff and the reception of patients,” the message said.
Recall that the Russians set up “hospitals” in two maternity hospitals in Lugansk.
Earlier it was reported that in the Lugansk region, doctors refused to treat the wounded “Wagnerites”.
