The Servant of the People parliamentary faction will appeal to President Volodymyr Zelensky with a request to award the title of Hero of Ukraine to a Ukrainian soldier shot by the Russians. He noted that the terrorist state Russia must be punished for its war crimes, crimes against humanity and acts of genocide committed against the Ukrainian people.
“After establishing all the circumstances and identifying the deceased, the faction intends to send an appeal to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky with a request to award the soldier the title Hero of Ukraine (posthumously). the people and the Ukrainian army,” added Arahamia.
