Ukrainians collected almost UAH 10 million for reconnaissance drones Koldun in a week.
The funds were raised as part of the February Donat charity fundraiser, which was launched by the National Bank with the support of PrivatBank and the United24 platform. This was reported by the press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
It is noted that the collection for ten “Sorcerers” lasted from February 24 to March 5, in general, Ukrainians donated UAH 11.8 million.
“Sorcerer” is an easy-to-use, Ukrainian-made reconnaissance aircraft, suitable for manual launch and repair in the field, – the GUR notes. – Each complex includes 5 drones that can stay in the air for 60 minutes and fly up to 100 kilometers.
On March 9, 24 exclusive commemorative coins and collectible banknotes of the National Bank with the signatures of state leaders and the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be raffled among the participants of the collection live on the NBU YouTube channel.
