It was reported that the suspect, while in the territory of temporarily occupied Luhansk, voluntarily agreed to the proposal of employees of the military administration of the Russian Federation to take the position of so -called official representative in illegal law enforcement agencies – the “LPR Prosecutor General’s Office.”
“He conducted briefings in which he published information about the shelling of communities in the Lugansk region. He also informed local residents that exposing anti -military activities of the Russian Federation provides administrative and criminal under the law of the so -called LPR, “the Prosecutor General’s Office said in a statement.
