This was stated by the press secretary of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Ignat on the air of the national telethon.

According to Ignat, it doesn’t matter where the occupiers’ plane will be, because it can even fly from another airfield to launch an airstrike. That is why the threat of missile launches can never arise.
The representative of the Air Force also added that the aggressor continues to hold Caliber cruise missile carriers in the Black Sea, and the Russians themselves can launch missiles from any sea, without even leaving the bay.
Recall that the Ukrainian military shot down a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber near the city of Yenakiyevo in the Donbas occupied by the enemy. Video of shooting down an enemy bird has already appeared on the network.
