Covert mobilization in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine is carried out by Russian invaders.
Thus, the enemy wants to replenish their large-scale losses in manpower. In particular, in Gorlovka on Donechina, from March 5, the Russians want to start another wave of mobilization of local residents in the ranks of the Russian Federation. This is stated in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for March 4.
It is noted that for this purpose, the occupying authorities sent a written instruction to all heads of educational institutions on military registration of men born in 1995 to 2005.
And in the occupied territory of the Lugansk region, there is a forced passportization. The Russians forbade local residents who do not have the passport of the aggressor country to move freely between settlements. Starobelsk, Rubizhne and Stanytsia Lugansk were affected by the restrictions.
Recall that American analysts from ISW explained that in order to avoid an order for forced mobilization, Russian President Vladimir Putin relied on volunteers, whose recruitment he entrusted to “ultra-rationalist groups” and “military personnel.” However, this plan did not give the desired results.
