Nine residents of Berislavsky district of Kherson region were injured as a result of a drone strike by Russian aggressors. The Office of the Prosecutor General reported this on Thursday, March 2.
“In the Berislavsky district, according to preliminary data, the Russian army attacked civilians with drones standing in line for humanitarian aid near the school. So far, nine people are known to have been injured as a result of shelling, including a child. They are being given qualified medical care. The details of the victims are being determined.” , the message said.
It was indicated that civilian infrastructure facilities were also damaged as a result of the strike.
Under the leadership of the procedure of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings was launched on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Recall that on the day of March 1, the Russians shelled the Kherson region 87 times, firing more than 500 bullets into the cities and villages of the region. 11 people were injured, including a one-year-old baby.
