The National Bank of Ukraine has added a new UAV code to the list of codes for defense goods that can be purchased by volunteers – individuals abroad.
Since March 2, the list of codes for goods that can be purchased by volunteers – individuals abroad to maintain the defense capability of Ukraine has been updated. This was reported by the press service of the NBU.
The new law took effect on January 1 About the customs tariff of Ukrainewhich, in particular, provided a new code for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV).
With this in mind, the NBU has added a new UAV code to the list of codes for defense goods that can be purchased by volunteers – individuals abroad to help maintain Ukraine’s defense capability.
The list previously also included thermal imagers, walkie-talkies, body armor, helmets, helmets, military and tactical uniforms, military and tactical shoes, protective clothing, optical tracking devices, sleeping bags, mats and medical aids.
It was also reported that the NBU gave the opportunity to transfer foreign currency to a fund created by the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Ukraine to support earthquake victims in Turkey.
Recall that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine authorized the import of UAVs without issuing letters of guarantee for the period of martial law.
Earlier it was reported that the NBU revised the strategy, taking into account the prolongation of the war.
