“At the meeting, we discussed what exactly needs to be optimized in the work of the TCC SP and how to achieve it. We analyzed and analyzed in detail the problems where complaints are received from citizens. We carried out some important issue. , taking into account the experience gained during a large-scale war, especially regarding: regulatory changes necessary to improve the work of the TCC SP; improvement of the procedure for concluding a contract for service; digitalization of work of the TCC SP; observance of the rights of people called for mobilization; work of the TCC SP with the relatives of the dead and missing,” said the Deputy Minister.
