Valery Zaluzhny phoned General Mark Milli and spoke about the need for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in F-16 aircraft.
The conversation took place on February 27.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine told his colleague about the need to supply military equipment, weapons and ammunition as part of international technical assistance to Ukraine, the situation on the front line and further plans of the Ukrainian Defense Forces regarding the de-occupation of its territory.
Zaluzhny wrote on his social networks that he “actualized the need to strengthen the capabilities of Ukraine’s air defense system, including by providing F-16 multi-role combat aircraft.”
Every shell received, every piece of weapons and equipment is the saved life of Ukrainian military and civilians. Thanks to the help of our partners, we are holding on and will certainly win,” Zaluzhny stated.
