The President implemented three decisions of the National Security and Defense Council regarding sanctions against the Russians in three areas.
On Sunday, February 26, Ukraine imposed sanctions against those involved in the Wagner PMC, as well as legal entities that ensure the functioning of the militants. Sanctions were also imposed against Russian athletes who supported the invasion, and against a number of organizations for deporting Ukrainian children to the Russian Federation. Relevant decrees are published on the President’s website.
Thus, the National Security and Defense Council imposed economic restrictions against the daughters of PMC head Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, Veronika and Polina.
In addition, Dmitry Utkin with the call sign “Wagner”, who is considered the founder of the PMC of the same name, fell under sanctions.
In total, the sanctions package includes 164 individuals and 85 companies. They are prohibited from trading, as well as other economic and financial transactions, blocking assets available on the territory of Ukraine, banning the transfer of technologies, etc.
Another order imposed sanctions against a number of organizations, as well as the Russian Red Cross for facilitating the deportation of Ukrainian children to the Russian Federation.
Penalties were also imposed for 50 years against 109 individuals. They contain a ban on the transfer of technology, rights in matters of intellectual property rights. Also, authorized persons will be prohibited from entering the territory of Ukraine.
In addition, seven organizations fell under sanctions. The decree freezes their assets, and the sanctions will be in effect for 10 years.

Recall that Zelensky announced the sanctions in his evening address, however, at that time, the relevant orders with details had not been published.
It was previously reported that Ukraine will introduce sectoral economic sanctions for 50 years against all financial institutions registered and located in Russia.
