ex-congressman Percy Alcala Mateo, a member of Fuerza Popular, passed away this Sunday at the age of 60. The family of the parliamentarian in the period 2016-2019 received a telegram of condolences from the Legislative Power.
“From Congress, we extend our condolences to the family and friends of former Republican Congressman Percy Alcala Mateo on his sensitive death. May he rest in peace,” Congress said on its social media.
