Currently, China “upholds the protection of the UN Charter and especially the principle of territorial integrity.”
Ukraine does not yet have any evidence that China has supplied the Russian Federation with lethal weapons. This was announced on Thursday, February 23, by Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, writes Ukrinform.
“We do not have such facts in our hands. As soon as we receive them, we will study them carefully. But, in my opinion, for any country to provide weapons to Russia is a big mistake, because it would mean promoting aggression and grave violations of the UN Charter,” said the head of the diplomatic office.
He also noted that China currently supports the principle of territorial integrity of Ukraine and the UN Charter.
As previously reported, Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang said the war in Ukraine is “out of control.”
