In the Crimea, as well as in Moscow and Krasnodar, the anthem of Ukraine was heard on the air of radio stations, after which the head of military intelligence of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, addressed the Crimeans. The corresponding video was posted on social networks.

Ukraine returns all occupied territories. Donbass, Crimea will return home forever. We will find every traitor, wherever they hide, they will all be eliminated. To all patriots, the time to act is now. Wait, we are coming to you, – sounded on the air.

The day before, in several regions of Russia – Belgorod, Stary Oskol, Ufa, Kazan, Novouralsk and the Moscow region – a “terrible announcement” about a missile attack was heard on the radio.

The Russian Defense Ministry later stated that the servers of the radio stations were broken by “unknown hackers.”

According to Kremlin propagandists, the broadcast was broken in Alushta, Belogorsk, Dzhankoy and Sudak; in Simferopol and Sevastopol, it was not possible to break the ether. Telegram has an audio “appeal of Budanov”.

Russian official media called this appeal threats.
