The Latvian delegate Rihards Kols at the end of his speech in Russian said the world-famous phrase about the Russian ship.
The representative of Russia replied that he was here in accordance with his right, and invited those who disagreed to leave the hall “along with their Ukrainian flags.”
Some politicians left the hall.
Recall that the Ukrainian delegation demands the exclusion of the Russian Federation from the OSCE and does not participate in official events. On the morning of February 23, a picket was held near the palace in Vienna, where the two-day meeting of the OSCE Assembly began.

Thanks to the political position of the President, the exploits of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the word of Ukraine is now significant in international relations. We say that we must reform the OSCE, or it will have no future. We will make sure that the aggressor, the kafir, the so-called Russian Federation, can never use this platform in order to promote some of their interests or make a propaganda show here.
